We are a small team selling experiences in destinations around the world. The work is concrete: someone is standing at arrivals, and what we build decides how that goes.
How we work
Every company lists values. These are the ones you would notice in your first week.
Every decision gets weighed against one question: would this be good for the traveller standing at arrivals at 2am? If not, we don't ship it.
You will own something end to end and see it go live within days. Nobody here is a ticket-taker waiting for a spec.
Bad news travels fast and blamelessly. We would rather rework a plan on Tuesday than discover it broke on Friday.
We are spread across time zones, so decisions live in writing, not in someone's head. It makes us slower to speak and faster to move.
What you get
Open roles
We have no advertised openings at the moment — but we would still rather hear from someone good than miss them. Tell us what you do and we will keep it on file properly, not in a black hole.
Introduce yourselfHow we hire
You will always know where you stand, and you will always hear back — including if it is a no.
A CV and a few lines on why this role. No cover-letter theatre, no form with twenty fields.
30 minutes with the hiring manager, both ways. Ask us anything — including the awkward things.
A paid exercise or a working session on something we actually face. Never spec work we would ship for free.
Two conversations with people you would work beside daily, then a decision within a week.
Apply anyway. We have hired people who met half the list and were exactly right — and we would rather read one honest paragraph than a CV shaped to match keywords.
